The Wraparound system offers people a chance to achieve their hopes and dreams.
Wraparound is a process that supports people by bringing together a team to help them accomplish their goals. The process is driven by the client and allows them to learn new skills and navigate future challenges. The team develops a plan to address the client’s own identified needs. Each team member offers different experiences, resources, and abilities to ensure the plan is realistic and achievable. This ensures the client gains the right tools and skills necessary for long-term success well after the professionals are gone.

For over three decades, Wraparound has developed into a model used throughout the United States and internationally. Its reputation has grown to include an official endorsement by the federal government and its adoption by the System of Care theory. Wraparound is nationally recognized as an evidence-based practice and has garnered national support and federal funding to encourage its use.
Since 2003, at least 215 peer reviewed studies have been published on the effectiveness of Wraparound. The results show a long list of benefits for youth in several areas, including:
- Fewer suspensions
- Increased use of community services
- Less running away
- Criminal recidivism
- Improved living situations
- Fewer hospitalizations
