The Learning to Lead Academy is transformational.

Learning to Lead Academy has been in operation since 2004. The focus of the academy has been connecting non-profit leaders and teaching them skills to become more effective in their roles. The curriculum takes these leaders on a journey through self-awareness to relationship management. Sessions include topics on communication, team building, decision making, and presentation skills. This course has expanded opportunities for networking and relationship building. Over 320 individuals have graduated from this highly sought-after program, representing over 55 organizations.
