“Social connection is the energy that exists between people when they feel seen, heard, and valued; when they can give and receive without judgement; and when they derive sustenance and strength from the relationship”

- Brene Brown

Collectively is grounded in social connection principles and research

Research demonstrates that social support and social connection improve mental health outcomes and even lead to a longer life expectancy and a host of other health benefits.
