Collectively is grounded in social connection principles and research
Research demonstrates that social support and social connection improve mental health outcomes and even lead to a longer life expectancy and a host of other health benefits.
Collectively Believes that Social Influences are Critical to our Mental Health
As a cornerstone of the work that we do, Collectively offers research-backed training on the social influences of mental health. Current research on the benefits of the social influences in our lives demonstrates that when we embrace the social aspects, we see both mental and physical benefits.
CONNECT. offers a variety of training initiatives to support individuals, organizations, and communities in understanding the benefits of social influences with tangible tools and techniques on how to improve your mental health.
The CONNECT. Social Influences of Mental Health Training incorporates an overview of the research about how the social aspects of our life impact our mental health. Topics include:
Social Connection • Social Support • Social Capital • Social Media • Social Justice
