Collectively (“we,” “us,” or “our”) values your support and wants to make clear our policies regarding digital products and donations. By purchasing or donating through https://collectivelyus.org/ (the “Website”), you agree to the terms below.
1. Digital Products
All sales of digital products are final. Once a digital product has been delivered electronically, we generally cannot offer refunds.
Digital products are delivered via download links or email. It is your responsibility to ensure your devices and software are compatible.
Exceptions: Refunds may be considered at our sole discretion in the event of:
- Technical errors during the purchase process
- Accidental duplicate purchases
- Issues preventing access to the digital product
If you experience technical issues with a digital product, please contact us at hello@collectivelyus.org. We will make reasonable efforts to assist you.
2. Donations
- Donations to Collectively, including contributions to the Peace, Love & Wraparound – Social Capital Fund, are voluntary and non-refundable, except as required by law.
- Donation amounts, suggested uses, and examples on the Website are illustrative only and do not guarantee that funds will be applied to a specific child, activity, or outcome.
- All donations are managed at the discretion of Collectively in accordance with program guidelines and mission objectives.
3. Requesting a Refund or Assistance
To request a refund or report a problem, please email us at hello@collectivelyus.org with:
- The email address used for the purchase or donation
- Date and amount of the transaction
- Description of the issue
We aim to respond within 5 business days. Decisions regarding refunds are made at the sole discretion of Collectively.

- Refunds are not guaranteed.
- This policy may be updated periodically; continued use of the Website after updates constitutes acceptance of any changes.
